Welcome to PurrTrack. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PurrTrack mobile application and the mypurrtrack.com website, which are operated and owned by Jazzy Management LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using PurrTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.

1. Health & Medical Disclaimer PurrTrack and Jazzy Management LLC provide information for educational and wellness purposes only. The home remedies, tracking tools, and nutritional suggestions found within this app and website are based on holistic traditions and the personal experiences of independent cat owners. We are not veterinarians.

The information provided is not a substitute for professional veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always monitor your cat’s condition closely and use your best judgment when introducing new health routines, diets, or supplements. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that you are managing your cat’s health independently, at your own risk, and at your own discretion.

2. Subscriptions and Payments PurrTrack offers premium features through auto-renewing subscription plans (e.g., Monthly or Annual).

  • Billing: Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe). Your payment method will be charged upon confirmation of purchase.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

  • Cancellation: You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your respective App Store account settings or via the Stripe customer portal, depending on where your original purchase was made. Deleting the PurrTrack app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

  • Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the specific refund policies of the App Store, Google Play, or Stripe.

3. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Jazzy Management LLC, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or animal injury, arising out of your use of or inability to use the PurrTrack app. Your use of the app and reliance on any information provided is entirely at your own risk. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to us for the application or subscription in the past twelve (12) months.

4. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jazzy Management LLC from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to PurrTrack, or your violation of any term of these Terms.

5. User Data and Privacy Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the app is outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using PurrTrack, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

6. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use PurrTrack after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Memphis, Tennessee.
